MAGNOLIA MEMORY CARE MESSAGING GUIDE
Magnolia Memory Care is a non-profit organization serving Lancaster County, SC, with support and resources for caregivers and their loved ones facing challenges like dementia and Alzheimer’s.
The organization needed to coalesce its branding and messaging around central themes to ensure the right messaging was being projected across all media channels. Magnolia Memory Care partnered with CCM to create a full-spectrum campaign across web, social, video, and social to highlight changes to the organization’s Minds Matter program as well as to introduce the Magnolia Center for Brain Health.
CCM conducted subject matter expert interviews, created a new messaging guide, filmed video testimonials, updated the organization’s website with new, focused content optimized for modern search, developed a social calendar and content, and directed content strategy to enhance Magnolia’s visibility, presence and conversion capability far into the future.
